OSHP BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
April 7, 2006
With a quorum of Board members and >10% of the active membership being present, the meeting was called to order at 11:55 a.m. by Tracy Hagemann, President, at University of Oklahoma Shusterman Campus in Tulsa, OK.

Award Banquet and Officer Installation:
Kasey Thompson, ASHP representative, administered the oath of office to the new members of the 2006 OSHP Board.
