Dr. Tom Davis named OSHP Pharmacist of the Year at the 2010 Annual Meeting. ********************************************** E. Ben Welch, SWOSU Associate Professor, was recently elected as the Grand Regent for Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity at their Convention in Clearwater, Florida, August 2009.
