Pre-registration is suggested to allow OSHP to provide the appropriate faculty and
materials necessary to meet the program objectives. Early registrations will be
accepted until 10/16/09. OSHP reserves the right to limit registrations or cancel
courses if registration is insufficient and refund registration fees. Participants are
encouraged to contact OSHP by 10/16/09 to confirm the status of the program.
There are no refunds. For any grievance associated with this educational activity,
